    I have done curves in the past, and I loved it. It incorporates interval and circuit training in 30 minutes. I will be starting up again this week. They also have Zumba fitness at Curves. I can't wait. With Curves u burn a lot of calories, not to mention inches.

    I have done curves in the past and had some success. It was a little too slow paced for me, but I still liked it.
