69 lbs Lost

 Happy to report that in the last 8 months I have lost 69 lbs. When you get discouraged or have a stall in your weight loss, hang in their. I have refocused the last 2 weeks and have lost another 5 lbs. I went almost a month and a half and did not loose anything and it was so discouraging.

Just remember to make better food choices and make your weight loss a fun experiance.

The good thing about the band is it gets you through the difficult times. In the past, if I had a weight loss stall for more than a week I would go back to my old habits. The band helps keep me on track. :nervous
