Feel sick

Does anyone else feel sick first thing in the mornings and hungry all at the same time ;)

I'm banded since 12/08/12 have 4.5 ml in a 10 ml. Band down 22lb in the 9 weeks since I started my journey .

I usually am pretty hungry, but too tight to eat anything- usually by 11-1130 I can eat. Do you feel like nauseous? That's probably cause you're really hungry, try drinking something-along with your coffee if you drink it. Or try a protein shake/ greek yogurt- it's "liquid" but will help with the hunger.

What helped me in the mornings is I would pour myself an 8 oz glass of skim milk and sip it while making coffee and fixing my lunch. It was light, it would get some protein into my system immediately and overall got me past some of my morning issues.
