Hi folks, I've got someone who is clicking "join group" but nothing is happening. Has anyone run into this problem, how did you fix it? How did you join the group?Thanks!

The "Join group" button worked fine for me.

I couldn't join on my laptop, but it worked on the iPad.

I've learned that the Groups area does not work on mobile or iPad apps, so that helped

well I wasn't sure how to "join" I just kept clicking on the follow this group button and then realized I hadn't actually succeeded in joining so then I looked around the page clicked on different things and finally I clicked on members and there was a join button in there that I clicked. I am very new to using the site (signed up about a month ago but have only been using it for the last few days) so I wasn't sure how to do that. lol not sure if that helps anyone who is unsure as well.

Yeah I don't know what the heck people are seeing. Some folks are saying there is no join button, or they click it and nothing happens. THen I go to add/invite them and they're already in the group. Thanks for posting your experience, hopefully this will help others join!

Hi Everyone! I have been trying to join this group since sometime in Jan. Here is how I finally got it to let me in: I "right" clicked on the "join" button. A menu appeared and I clicked on " open." Now I am finally here and I can't remember all of the questions I had! LOL
