laying down horizontally

What's the problem with laying down horizontally n the band? I know I have read or seen there's a problem , but what is it? That's how I use to sleep. Since my band 2 weeks ago I have been laying on my back.

    Nothing is wrong with it. How else would one sleep but horizontally in a bed? Maybe I'm missing something?
