Lean cuisines

Hi all I was just filled on Tuesday 6wks post op down 2lbs. I see everyone at work eating these lean cuisines and I always wanted to eat them but they were never enough. Can I eat them now I think they can deff get me full..

I don't regret any decision in my life because at the end I will make it work

I keep a fridge stocked in my office. I have a bag of mixed greens and protein. . Ofte. Canned tuna or chicken. And drizzled with balsamic vinegar . This week I got some Gardenburgers. I heat in the microwave and crumble in my salad. Like only 100 cals in a meal

I eat Lean Cuisine and Smart Ones a lot' date=' too. Especially for lunch. They're the perfect portion size and very reasonable calories.[/quote']

Make sure you watch the sodium count, if I eat anything processed I always check it cause it can mess up the scale.

These were staples for me over my years of dieting, so much so that the thought of eating another one makes me physically ill. So, if I don't have left overs to take with me (and I always do), I will do a Taco bell refried beans or something similar.

I generally avoid them, but I do sometimes I splurge on stouffers tuna casserole, especially during Lent.
