Shrimp make you lose weight

OK, probably not, but that is pretty much all I ate all weekend and I came off my plateau and am down 8 lbs!

AND even though restriction has been somewhat of a hassle for you lately, I am thankful you have been sharing your questions and experiences.

Wow 8 lbs. on shrimp

I'v been eating fish, shrimp, sushi...probably too much.

I'm starting to think that my cycle has alot to do with plateaus. For the last 3 months I've noticed a 5 lb drop right after my cycle.

Isn't it exciting to be close to Oneder-Land.
