Second fill

Hi! So I got my second fill yesterday and I can tell it's a lot tighter than my first. I'm noticing today that I'm a little gassy/bloated. I'm wondering if it could be related to the fill? If anyone has any insight about this please let me know! If it continues tomorrow I will probably call my doctor and let them know but it's after business hours now. Thanks!

I feel bloated for a day or 2 after a fill. My bra even feels tight. I still don't have restriction after 4 fills

yep, try a tums and see if that helps...mushie or liquid for a day or two should do it.

I just got my second fill yesterday. I keep sliming every thirty minutes to an hour. Can't keep anything down. I been taking chewable aspirin hoping it will reduce the swelling in my stomach. Anyone ever experienced anything like this? Any suggestions?

I found that after every fill I had to relearn how to eat, as in taking much smaller bites otherwise I'd get that awful sliming which the body produces to help push the food through the banded area.

If you have some swelling try doing liquids for a day or two then softer foods then reintroduce your solids. That will give everything time to settle down. If you are still having problems keeping anything down then I'd call your aftercare team.

If you can't keep liquids down then I would suggest going to your doctor as soon as possible. I agree with the person who replied before me, you definitely have to remember to chew, probably even more then you used to with just one fill because obviously your band is even tighter. Good luck! Hope you stop sliming soon!

Thanks I went and got some taken out today. I was severely dehydrated to the point I lost 10 pounds from Monday to today. Feeling back to myself now though. I appreciate the advice :)
