The easiest place to start is the basics: Do you count calories? If so, how many calories are you eating a day? Are sticking to a cup of food or less per meal? Do you exercise?

Do you feel any restriction? Does your fill Dr. use fluro for fills?

Are you keeping a food journal? Do you have access to a nutritionist?

Try and find a support group in your area.

I'm sorry to hear that. :( You have done such a brave thing by getting banded and committing to your health. I know that you can do this, and we're here to support you.

What does your doctor say? How long do you feel full after a meal? How many meals are you eating per day? Are you measuring your food? What kind of exercise are you doing?

I would suggest tracking all of your food. Your nutritionist can use that as a starting point. I would focus on meeting your Protein goal, drinking lots of Water, and being active. 30 minutes, 5 days a week should kick start things.
