how do you know?

I’m just wondering because ive been struggling for the last few days how do you know if your band has slipped or if you have a leak? im hungry a lot more then what ive been in the past... I don’t think im feeling as much restriction but I also avoid those foods that get stuck so its possible that im able to eat more because of that. I have a doctors appointment on Friday im just wondering if these are complications that are possible and that I should bring up... or if its all in my head or maybe ive been eating to much and stretched the pouch? or maybe its just time for another fill??? any feedback is appreciated! thanks for listening!
