IDK What to do...

So I went in today and had a fill, Supper Happy,,,,UNTILL i realize that I can't even drink...OMG I have never had restriction and now I have too much what should I do. My DOC is 3 hours away and if I go to the hospital I fear that they will give me a total unfill.... I just need bout .3-.5cc taken out....The best and the worst day ever.
