If you want to add it to your gallery:

Go to Your Profile

Click Edit My Profile (black box on right hand side)

Then click Photos in the blue/green bar

Then click Create a new album (black box on right hand side)

If you want to add to a post:

Use the Attach Files at the bottom of the reply box. If you don't see the Attach Files box, click More Reply Options to show it.
