Terrible Stomach/back Pain. Help??

I have had my Lap Band for almost 3 years now. For the past two weeks i have been having terrible pain where the band is - kind of a dull ache that radiates into my back. Sometimes it causes me to get nauseous or light headed. I had an upper GI a few days ago but the DR didnt see anything. She emptied my band just in case, and to see if that would help. If anything, the pain has gotten worse!! I am scheduled for an endoscopy next week. Has anyone had similar symptoms??
