Self Pay- True Results

I went and met with true results to discuss self pay options. Even tho my insurance covers it I don't meet the years of documentation they're requiring. The patient advocate said I may have a hiatial hernia because I get acid reflux often.. Which then they'd pay for nearly half of the surgery. Is anyone else In a similar boat? Or did u go thru true results? If so how was it?

I was self pay with true result and I had a hernia so I am having to pay $5500 because insurance will pay the rest for anesthesia and the hernia repair

How quickly we're they able to schedule your surgery date from the time that you had the edg done?

I had my initial consult in Sept I choose to have my EGD on11/1 and my surgery was on 11/5. I could have had surgery in October, but because of my job I choose a later date.

Help my Medicaid is dropping us!! Now I need to find our own insurance and my work doesn't offer it. I don't know really where to go from here.
