Japan Fill Dr. Help!!

I just got my band about a month ago and got stationed in Japan, I am a civilian. I am here now and had them take all my fill out except for 1cc. So its like iam not even banded. Anyone know of a Dr. here in Japan. I am near NAF Astugi. Thanks so much! I really need to get in somewhere :(
