Is Lemon Juice Okay

One of my favorite things to eat is romaine lettuce with lemon juice and pepper ? Does the acid from the lemon juice have any affects on my band ?

The lemon juice doesn't touch the band. There is no reason why having a band should stop you eating it. The only time it would be a problem would be if you had an ulcer.

I hope so cuz I'm squeezing some on my fresh caught walleye tonight. mmmmmmmmmmm.

I agree, I think it's just fine, can't imangine what it would hurt.

Enjoy!

What about hot sauce? Did anyone try buffalo wings or sauce?

One of my favorite ways to use leftover chicken is to dice it, toss it with 1/4 cup of Frank's hot sauce and some blue cheese crumbles, then zap in the microwave until hot. Band friendly, healthy, buffalo style chicken.

Spicy things shouldn't affect the band at all.

Did anyone try drinking beer? I can't imagine never having a beer again

Beer is carbonated and carbonation is the only thing we're not supposed to have, so I'd advise against it.

...unless you drink it flat.
