I'm on the 29th also. I've got more weight to lose than y'all ( 130lbs) but I think I will reach it eventually. So glad I found this site. I just haven't been able to drag myself to one of the local support groups yet. Lol. Good luck y'all. Hope your not as nervous as me! Lol

You will do great!!!! I haven't found a support group either ! But I have wonderful family who is gonna do the 7 day liquids with me , for support which is great ! Stay strong!
