Coffee Creamer

I am 8 days post op and I was wondering if I can have the dairy creamer in coffee.

Anyone know?

  • I'd be careful of the sweet tea, its the sugar you want to avoid.. if you make it yourself with artificial sweetner.... well then I say ok... but don't use regular sugar.. just a bunch of empty calori

I use cream too.. just make sure to add it into your calorie count...... There are somethings in life you just can't live without.. ha

OMGoodness.. are you guys saying its ok to drink coffee.. I haven't had any in over a month ( banned 9/4/12) what abt sweet Tea from micky D's??

post-207154-13813134400616_thumb.jpgMy nutritionist has me using FF 1/2 & 1/2. But I'll be cutting wayyy down on it's usage, as I wouldn't accept that it has calories and carbs too, until now. Gotta watch those liquid calories. But coffee? Fill er up!
