Yes. For a couple of days then off to the basement with that. I work with a trainer now. Maybe two 10 lb weights would be better.

In NC our local new station did a consumer reports thing on it and basically it's junk. You would be better off buying standard hand weights and use those during work outs or when walking.

The only buy off TV work out equipment that I have that has worked well is a total gym. I do a 30 min session every other day on it. My strenght has increase along with my balance and how I feel. Plus, more muscle ups my metabolism.
