I joined a gym with my son a few weeks ago. I made an appointment with a trainer. The gym is a "judgement free zone". The trainer was going over our new workout plan and he added how people cheat and go the easy route by getting weight loss surgery. I sat and listen to him bash. My son was looking at me with a "here she comes" look. I politely ripped a new one on the instructor. I thought it was funny.

Good for u! I hope the trainer was embarrassed. I like my gym though. They're all real nice so far.
