Work Out Routine

I'm looking to revamp my work out routine to maximize results but I don't know how. I know it's best to switch up which muscles you're working out each day you're working out and stuff. I was wondering if anyone could give me like a weekly workout routine example? I think it'd be nice to see what other people do and what works for them. I understand what works for someone else may not work for me but it'd help to give me some ideas. I typically do 30 mins of the elliptical and then most of the weight machines. Thanks!

I only do cardio as a short warm up or cool down. I like the different 12 weeks programs they have on bodybuilding.com. Plus they are free.

I'm getting ready to start a new program tomorrow, but it is only for 2 months. I use a lot of free weights and work one muscle group a week.

That's what I do as well, bodybuilding dot con has tons of customizable work outs. And as far as cardio I normally find other ways than the gym to get it in. I will park like all the way at the beginning of the parking lot for a store or I will walk to class instead of taking the campus bus (about a mile) and I always take the stairs now.

I walk on my treadmill and use my elliptical approx 5 days and Zumba 2-3 days a week. I also try to do squats daily

I hired a trainer that beats the crap out of me. Lol. I get a great workout and things are mixed up so I work everything. Im getting stronger and can do more as time passes Good luck :)
