Hi!

I'm 8 days away...the reality's starting to set in now, nervous and excited at the same time. I've been on a pre-op diet for two weeks already consisting of three shakes a day and 250 cal of low glycemic vegetables...the no salt/oil really has made things tricky but I'm learning to cook with spices and herbs which is nice. I messed up and left home without being prepped and left myself on a film set for two days and ate foods that were not allowed but was back on track the next morning. I'm stoked to get things going, I've lost 12 lbs and can't wait for more!
