I have lost 4 lbs in 3 days after my last fill on Wednesday, just wondering if that means o am in the green zone or if that is too much too fast meaning I am too tight? Confused : /

I was banded on 7/19/12, after my second fill I was too tight and couldn't get anything down, so they took dome out. My doc doesn't require liquids only after a fill he just says to do mushies for a couple of days so I have been eating yogurt, soup etc, then had some eggs this morning and haven't had any problems, I do have to eat slowe than before and smaller sips of water but in general feel pretty good, I also went to the gym. It would be awesome to be in the green zone this early and if I go by the chart I feel like that is where I am, but I will see how it goes as I add more foods.

I always lost weight after a fill. You're one of the lucky ones if you are in the Green Zone so early.
