That's wonderful! Congrats on your on your weight loss. I definately need to start working out.

Great job .....12 weeks out, no fills , have already lost 58 pounds. Agree the best thing is to work out. it helps so much and if i do eat something high calorie i do not beat myself up over it. I know I am going to be putting in 3 miles and weight work.

My doctor told me restriction is only 20 percent .. the other 80 percent needs to come with hard work and lifestyle changes. If you have no changes then you will not see the long term results good luck everyone.
