Sorta, Kinda Losing Weight.

If i I was exercising 6 days a week a couple hours a day I saw small weight loss. I wasn't really concerned as I'm nearin my goal weight. 20 more pounds. But keeping up that pace was and is difficult. I went for my 1 year check up and what I thought would be a 1/2 to 1 cc fill. I was really amazed it turned out to be a 3 cc fill and probably should have been a 4cc fill.

It was explained to me my stomach has shrink and the band wasn't restricting like it should.

I'm thinking I'm right behind ya! But, going to Mexico in November and the Holidays just around the corner I think I'll wait till January. Still losing weight but oh yeah, its so slow and takes so much exercise to drop just 2 lbs.

But aint it wonderful?
