Zinc With Copper

I'm post op day 9. I'm keeping up with the daily chewable vitamins. The zinc with copper I got is in a capsule form....I take it apart and stir in anything. This is the most disgusting awful taste ever! I feel as though I've chewed on a metal pipe all day! Is there anything else out there that won't do this or am I just a big freak? :).

Just realized I posted in fitness and not nutrition! Sorry!!

Hey there! I'm sure you can find something different. If you do a Google search for "bariatric vitamins" you'll find some good online vendors of special Vitamins and mineral supplements compounded especially for bariatric patients. I had some calcium citrate that was so good it was like eating a piece of lemon candy. Of course it COULD be that you're a big freak, but I'm not getting that from your initial post. :)
