Lunch Ideas?

My most challenging meal of the day is lunch. I just never know what to eat. I usually eat a salad with grilled chicken breast strips, a Protein shake or leftovers from the night before(depending on what it was).

I need some healthy/budget friendly ideas. Any suggestions would help. Thanks :)

Kelp noodles are a new find for me. No carbs and hardly any calories. They are just like Chinese noodles. They are.made from seaweed. You can get them at whole foods or online at vitacost.com.

got to try those noodles !

Thanks for the suggestions.

I have tuna salad for lunch most days or I bring some leftover, very soft meatballs.

I don"t eat chicken or turkey breast, too dry.
