Exercising At My Desk

I sit at a desk for 10 hours a day and barely get to move, but I would love to be more active at work. Does anyone know of any good exercises that I can do at my desk that wont shake the building like crazy?

Yes I love my yoga ball at work! I switch back and forth between the ball and my chair. When I'm on the ball, I lightly bounce to give my legs a workout, then lean back and sit up to work my abs. I work in a very relaxed atmosphere though, they don't mind me rolling around on the ball :)
