Finally!!!!

Had a very small 1/4 cc added fill, and my weight is dropping...went from 185 to 180!!!!!! Im sure the 3 day full liquids is making that look great, but it is a jumpstart mentally. My chest looks smaller and I'm feeling great. Feeling less hungry between meals and my meals are substantially smaller, getting about a half cup just this week. I think this just might b the green zone.

Congratulations!

Awesome!

Good for you. I was banded in April, had two fills since one 4 cc another 2 cc and I'm still waiting for restriction. The only thing helping me lose is staying on a 1000-1200 cals a day and workout 3x a week. I feel like just saying don't worry about fills and just suck it up and suffer being hungry all the time. I'll let everyone know if I ever feel that wonderful feeling of restriction when it happens!

Now that I'm about as tight as I want to be I'm missing those fills and the additional weight loss afterwards. Two days of liquids seemed to stimulate my weight loss too. I've tried doing liquids on my own but I can barely make it through one day unless I'm ordered by the doc. Oh well, still losing, just not as fast.

That is great.... I am hoping for that with my next fill.

I too have tried to do just the liquids, like when I had to prep for surgery. How the heck did I do it. I feel so bad by the end of the day I have to eat. But I know I need to get ready so I can do it after my fill.
