Feeling Bloated

I'm having a lot of shoulder pain and I feel really bloated, do you guys know any home remedies for this???

I assume you are just postop. The best thing for the pain is to take the meds your Dr prescribed.You should also try walking as that also helps to alleviate it.

Occasionally I get the same shoulder pain. I asked my doctor about it and he said that gas in the abdomen can localize pain to the shoulder. He suggested that I make sure I am eating slowly, drinking slowly, not chewing gum, etc. to help prevent this gas from building up. I have also heard some people say Gas-X helps. I have been more careful about eating slowly and I haven't had shoulder pain in awhile!
