Lol sorry guys i was rushing to the point. I'm in NY and I have HIP medical insurance. I was just wondering if anyone else may have that as well and can give me some insight or advice. I had my first consultation with a surgeon today. I have to do the 6 month monitored diet and have to see so many other doctors to get clearance. It has been quite a roller coaster of a day. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I have Hip in NY, I went thru the six months already and clearances from many drs. My surgery is set for October 8th. Although I found out that they recently changed their guidelines from 6 month wait to 3 months. Of course now that I completed 6 months it would change. But it's good for future patients interested in WLS.
