Controlled diet plan

When I first had the surgery I lost quite a bit of weight quickly and then it slowed way down for a few weeks then nothing. I just had my second fill on March 2nd and I lost only a couple of pounds and now I'm at a weight stand still once again. I'm only eating 1200 to 1500 calories.

Whenever I went on a 1500 calorie diet pre banding I always lost weight.

I really don't know whats up.

I was thinking of trying The Nutra System diet for a while.

I know the diet works because I went on it a few years before pre banding and lost 4o pounds but I didn't stay on it because I was hungry.

I get full easier with the band than I ever had before so I thought that maybe the Nutri System diet would be easier for me to stick to now.

Is there anyone with the band on a controlled diet plan? and is it working for you?

It's a great idea. I got out my Richard Simmons FoodMover and started clicking off my food. It kept me on track with getting everything in and avoiding the "too many carbs, not enough protien and veggies" habit I tend to get into. I slid the 1200 calorie card in the slot and had a few windows leftover at the end, 2-3 days in a row! So I thought, "hmmm, maybe I'll turn the card over and do the 1000 calorie Blast Off week" since it was so easy and I had windows still open. So I pulled out the card, and it was already on the Blast off week! My band makes it super easy to follow a plan, any plan! as long as I have one.

Okay, I have talked myself into getting out my FoodMover again...thanks for the kick in the butt! :hat:
