Milk Today?

Hi I had surgery on Monday and not sure if I can start my skim milk plus today.

I called the surgeon and the nurse is not in until 2.

    Thank you ladies so much for answering.

    I felt really unwell this morning. Diarreha,weak, headache, nausea. But having that milk has made me feel better.
