Band Tightness

On Wednesday I easily ate a crispy chicken salad Well come Thursday I thought I had so much luck on Wednesday getting to eat the salad I tried again and I couldn't get 6 bites down I literally threw up all the food. Does not drinking enough fluid one day make your band tighter or "dry" so it's harder for things to go down? Because I know I didn't drink near enough fluid yesterday.

I've have trouble eating something one day and the next day the same thing goes down fine. I've not associated it with how much I've had to drink in a day though. I just think I have a fickle band.

It's so weird!!!! I hate when it does that!

Mine varies greatly, too. Some days I have no problems whatsoever, other days it seems like I'm feeling stuck every time I eat. I also get that "first bite syndrome" sometimes, too. I'll eat 3 or 4 bites and immediately feel semi-stuck, wait 5-10 minutes, then I feel fine and am able to continue my meal.

Mis73.... I think we have the same exact band!!!!!
