3 Years And 110 Lbs Later

And I'm feeling great! I had to get my mental attitude straight before I had the surgery and I'm so glad I did. Now I teach my 30 plus nieces and nephews how to eat and exercise because diabetes is prominent in our family. I love my new life. It has been a journey... And I've only had 7 cc filled in a 10 cc band. No side effects and no fills for 3 years! Liz
