Oh My Gas

Ok I still have a lot of gas I was banded yesturday .I'm not feeling it in my shoulders no more but right under my ribs and abdonimals if full I fluffed 2x but that's it. I've been walking idk wht else to do.

I was banded on the 6th and for the first 3 days I slept in a recliner inclined and had no gas problems what so ever it might help you if you sleep that way good luck to ypu
