A fill is an adjustement to your band. In most cases, the band is put in with no Fluid in the inner ring. approximately a month after surgery..but can vary with each person...u will get a fill..they use a needle to add saline to your band and make it tighter, so you have more restrction and feel full with smaller portions. The other "adjustment" is if its too tight after a fill, and you cant get any food down..they remove fluid to loosen it back up. Ask your surgeon for more info, this should have been something she or he went over with you at your first consultation or would have been in reading materials they should have given you.

hope this helps...good luck!

As you lose more weight and become hungrier in between meals you will go to your surgeon and have fluid placed in the band. Everyone is different so you may need just a bit or more saline filled in your band. It will give you some restriction in which you will need to follow those eating rules. Good luck in your journey!

what are Wall sits-15 seconds x 2 (5 sets)

Pretend you are sitting on a chair at 90 degree angle count 15 seconds without stopping. Stand up them go back into the position again for another 15 seconds. After my first session of these I was so sore I could barely sit on a toilet ( no joke) I had to really help myself sit down anywhere!!!! It really helps the thighs, butt, legs... And it's free if you have a wall.

Oops you got to place your back on the wall as if sitting on an invisible chair...push yourself to 30 seconds if can but five sets of these within. 30 minutes.
