First Fill Tomorrow

I am 4 1/2 weeks post op & living in bandster hell. I am basically dieting on my own bc I feel no restriction. I am following the rules but feel I could eat as much as I want whenever I want if I tried. Will my first fill help give me some restriction? I've heard that most people don't reach the green zone until after a few fills, but I'm hopeful I will get some restriction tomorrow.
