Tijuana, Mexico...anyone Been There Lately????

Hi,

i had my lap band put in by Dr. Kuri almost 10 years ago. I've had a really good experience up until now; my port has disconnected. Since I was self pay I will need to go back to Mexico to have it fixed. Has anyone been to Tijuana lately and if so how safe is it?
