So my insurance company sent over my approval last wednesday and then Thursday at 4:45pm the scheduler called to schedule my appointment, so when I tried calling them back they already closed shop. Now its Monday at 12:39pm and I have yet to get ahold of the scheduler. I'M BEYOND FRUSTRATED. She says she will call me, but I'm at work and I work monday - friday 10a-630pm so I don't know what to do and I'll be upset if this delay puts me into July.

oh did i mention that I called in to see when the best time was to talk with her and I've been on hold for over 5 minutes with their front desk.

And I finally speak with the scheduler who acts more like a doctor and my information so far is:

Surgury 06/26/2012.

Going to try to get the appointment moved up by a couple weeks because of a new surgeon which I won't know for a couple weeks...we will see.
