...but I can't tell if I need a slight unfill or if this is just how it should be? I had a fill on April 23rd and I have been loosing weight since then. My appetite is definitely decreased and I fill full but sometimes it is after only a few bites. Other times, I can eat my Protein, veggies, and even a little of my carbs. I will often get a stuck feeling, although be it minor. I thought in the beginning it was because I was eating too fast or having too big of a bite. However, I would say I end up spitting up some of the food at least four days out of the week.
I know I need to measure my protein better and I will start that this week. I've been on vacation this week and eating out every meal has been very difficult. I seem to do better during the week when I have a routine.
Any tips for telling whether it is my eating habits that are causing the issues or if the band really is too full?
