I have been there and done that many times... I started this at 384 went down to 200 and I am not 221.... this is not an easy thing to do band or no band... Just make sure you follow up with your dr and get fills when needed... I had been lax on the fills and follow ups and paid the price.

maybe its water. Did you eat a lot of salty foods over the weekend? 1 pound is 3500 calories above and beyond what you burned. 7 pounds seems nearly impossible for someone with a band. Watch your sodium for a couple days then weigh again. Frustrating... I know. When I gain 2 I wonder "how the hell is that possible"!

It just Pisses me off, I lose 13 gain 2 or 3 and the lose it back but 7 lbs is way to much. Yes it may have been the Mexican food I ate but 2 or 3 rolled Tacos can't be that bad!!
