How much sugar free jello did you consume during your pre op diet? My instructions were I could have an unlimited amount. Just wondering. Thanks :)

    I was told too, that i could have as much as i wanted, i had maybe 2 a day cause im not to crazy bout it .

    I could have unlimited amounts but I turned to sugar free popsicles more because I am not a big Jell-O fan. I ate boxes of sugar free popsicles though.
