Late Night Eating

Lap band procedure was November 2009. I have lost 100 pounds. Cant seem to get the last 5 off.

I have been having late night hunger attacks in the last several months. How can I keep them away or fight them off?

I find that if I drink water it helps...my problem is if I eat instead of drinking then I never stop eating....good luck.

I have that issue, too. I try to eat something like sugar free jello, veggies or broth. If I'm really hungry I drink a Premier protein shake. It fills me up & is good for me.
