For Vitamins, I am taking one chewable twice a day (generic from BJs). One B-complex with Vitamin C and one FOLTX (Folic Acid). My Dr. has me go for bloodwork every 3 months to ensure my levels are good and found I was low on Vitamin B1 a few months back.
