New To The Group

Just wanted to introduce my self as a new member of this group. I am scheduled for banding on April 20th and just started the pre-op diet yesterday. Any advice or suggestions would be welcomed.

    Thanks ElizabethAnn....I am just counting down now. Surgery in 4 days, shakes are gross and my anxiety is off the charts. :unsure: I'll be so happy when the surgery is over. I appreciate the support and I know i'll have lots of questions.
