it's like loud growling, gurgling, and maybe even moaning! I can't see how someone couldn't hear it. I get mine sometimes right after I eat, but mostly when I haven't eaten anything in a while.

I'm still getting the noise and I'm mostly healed so I can't answer the last question.

Hmmm...Thanks for the explanation! Can't say I am looking forward to that part. And I had planned to tell no one I am having surgery...at least at first.
