Vibration Machine

Does anyone have an oscillating vibration exercise machine. We bought one before the band and I am afraid to use it thinking it might cause the band to move. The machine shakes and vibrates your entire body which is supposed to be good for your bone density, circulation and toning.

  • Probably not a problem - but certainly a waste of time and money IMO... Nothing replaces true exercise...

Your band is sewn to muscles

I would ask your surgeon, but your band is stitched to your stomach so I don't think it will be a problem.
