Lets go through this journey together.

PS What are you eating?

I am on a full liquid diet this week...so mostly blenderized soup, thinned out yogurt, thinned out oatmeal.....sfpudding, sf jello. Next week I will be on pureed foods. How about you? Have you started any exercise yet?

I just went for walk, but walked slowly.

Today I ate cottage cheese for breakfast. I dont know I did right or wrong?

But I was getting hungry and wanted to hold on till lunch.

Gauri.

Some doctors have a strict post op diet of just liquids...others not so much. I am trying to stick to the diet as much as possible....but I have taken to eating foods that are thicker. They stay with me longer and I feel so much better.

I walked 2 miles yesterday...probably over did it a little, but it was nice to get out in thesunshine.
