Could be many things. Is it getting tight or distended?

In my case, I have been eating considerably less than I did a year ago, plus I have been doing much exercising including abdominal crunches.

So, from eating less my stomach is shrinking, and from exercise it is getting more muscular. Not to mention no more fat!

When my stomach is hard and tight I am constipated.
